The New version email

These emails are sent when you create a New version of a proof.

You can customize and disable them the same way as the New proof emails.





Please note:
  • Enabling a New version email is logged in the Activity section of the Proof details page - you can check if the New version email was enabled at the time of creating a proof. 
  • If the email notifications are disabled as a default in the Account settings the reviewers won't receive any New version emails even if the Notify people by email box is checked on the New version page.
