Upgrades/Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your ProofHQ account at any time. To upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Click on the Billing button.
  2. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button which takes you to a page showing all the ProofHQ plans.
  3. Click Select to select your new plan.
  4. Upgrades take place immediately. Downgrades take place at the start of the next Billing Period.

For upgrades you only pay the difference between the two plans and that amount is pro-rated for the remaining days in that billing period.

You will not be able to downgrade if you have an outstanding unpaid invoice.
