Time zones

ProofHQ displays times for various activities on proof e.g. deadlines, decisions, comments and when a proof was created,

The system default for displaying time is GMT.

All users will see times in their own time zone, even if a proof was created by a person in another time zone.

Guests i.e. people who do not have a login, will see time displayed in GMT.

Personal Time Zone Setting

Each user can set their personal time zone in their personal settings.
  1. Login.
  2. Go to Personal Settings > Personal Details > Timezome.
  3. Click Edit to edit your time zone and click Save.

Default Organization Time Zone Setting

Administrators can set a default time zone for the organization in Account settings. This time zone will be given to all new users in the account.
  1. Login.
  2. Go to Account Settings > Account Details > Time zone default.
  3. Click Edit to edit the organization time zone and click Save.

Time Zones for Guests

Guests i.e. people who do not have a login, will see time displayed in GMT.
