Send a reminder from the proof page
You can send a reminder from the proof page in two ways:
Send a reminder using the Tools menu
To send a reminder from the Tools menu:
- Go to the proof page
- Open the Tools menu
- Select Actions and click Remind people
- The Remind all page will appear
- Select the reviewers you want to remind then add a subject and message if desired (the subject and message from when the proof was originally created will appear automatically - this can be edited here)
- Click Save
The people selected will receive a notification email reminding them that they've been added to the proof. The email will replicate the original notification email they were sent when they were added to the proof.
Send a reminder using the sidebar
To send a reminder from the proof page
sidebar:
- Go to the proof page
- Open the sidebar
- Click on the People section
- Click Remind all
- The Remind all page will appear
- Select the reviewers you want to remind then add a subject and message if desired (the subject and message from when the proof was originally created will appear automatically - this can be edited here)
- Click Save
The people selected will receive a notification email reminding them that they've been added to the proof. The email will replicate the original notification email they were sent when they were added to the proof.

Send a reminder from the proof details page
To send a reminder from the proof details page:
- Scroll down to the People section
- Open the Stage or Reviewer's actions menu by clicking the arrow at the right
- Select Remind all in the Stage menu or Remind in the reviewer's actions menu.
- The Remind all page will appear
- Select the reviewers you want to remind then add a subject and message if desired (the subject and message from when the proof was originally created will appear automatically - this can be edited here)
- Click Save
The people selected will receive a notification email reminding them that they've been added to the proof. The email will replicate the original notification email they were sent when they were added to the proof.
A reminder can be sent to somebody who's been added to a file in the same way. See Reminders for files.
Send a batch reminder from the Contact details page
You can send a single reminder email to someone reminding them about some or all the items you've shared with them. The email will replicate the original notification email they were sent when they were added to the item, but will show details of ALL the items you've selected to remind them about. To send a batch reminder:
- Go to Contacts
- Click on the arrow to the right of the relevant person and choose View contacts details
- The Contact details page will appear
- Go to the Shared items tab and select one or more items
- Click the Remind button
- The Remind page will appear showing the selected items
- Add a subject and message if desired
- Click Save
