The Progress Bar can be found on the All Items page in the Progress view.
The Progress Bar shows you at-a-glance the progress that has been made on a proof. You can quickly scan down the proof list to see where reviewers have got to with each proof. The letters are:
The colours are:
You can also expand the row and see the same progress bar for each stage and each person on the review team. This means that you can quickly and easily see who needs to be chased. The progress of the “worst case” person is what drives the progress bar for the whole proof.
In the example below, you can see that one of the reviewers has completed their role because all the boxes in their progress bar are green. However, the other reviewer has not even opened the proof yet. You can also see that the proof has passed it’s deadline as the boxes are red. You can quickly open the “Remind Reviewer” function in the tools menu on the right hand side of the row, and send a reminder to that late reviewer.
