ProofHQ lets you print a proof in three ways:

• Print Comments page - thumbnail view, or Print comments page - page to view, which are printable report
• Download and print the original file

Print Comments Page

You can print a thumbnail summary of the proof (including all comments) by clicking on the Print Comments button in the main tools area.

This will open the printable summary page into your browser.  You can then choose the thumbnail view or the page view, which you can then print.  It is an ideal checklist for designers to work from.

Thumbnail view

The Thumbnail view shows each comment in order, together with the full thread for each comment and a thumbnail with the mark-ups for the comment shown.

 

Page view

The Page view shows each page in order, together with the comments on that page and a pin indicating where the markup for the comment is on the page.
