Popup messages let you display a different custom message when:

• The proof page is launched
• A reviewer makes a decision

Popup messages are used to display disclaimers, brand guidelines, terms & conditions, review checklists and more.

You can format you own content to appear in each popup, as well as specifying the text in the Next and Cancel buttons.

Popup on load

The On Load popup appears when the proof first opens.  Users click the green button to close it.

Popup On Decision

The On Decision popup appears when the person has made a decision.  Users click the green button to close it.  If they do not click the button, the decision will not be confirmed.

Setting Up Popups

To set up popup messages, you need to login as an Administrator:

1. Go to the Settings tab in Account Settings and the Pop-up Messages on proofs section.
2. Edit one or both of the Popup Messages (if you leave the text blank, the popup will not be displayed).
   
3. Define the text for the buttons (if you leave the text blank, the button will not be displayed).
4. Click Save.
