Why aren't Zip files supported?
We do not extract files from Zip files, so please unzip files before uploading them to ProofHQ. If you do not unzip the files before hand, the upload will be unsuccessful.
Why aren't InDesign and Quark files supported?
InDesign and Quark files are not self-contained file types. They reference numerous other files such as images and fonts. Also, output from these file types can vary depending on the output settings. As such, ProofHQ does not support these file types. We therefore recommend that customers Save As PDF and upload the PDF.
