New Proof emails

When you create a proof and add reviewers to it, or add reviewers to an existing proof, ProofHQ will send an email notification to your reviewers. The email will show in the recipient's inbox as being sent from you, but the "from" email address will be a ProofHQ address. The email will contain:

• Your personal message (if you included one on the New Proof page)
• Proof details:
• Proof name
• Personal link to the proof
• Version number
• Thumbnail of the proof
• Proof Progress

Batch upload emails

ProofHQ gives you the ability to create multiple proofs at the same time by uploading multiple files on the New Proof page or by dragging and dropping files from your desktop using the Desktop Uploader.

If multiple proofs are created at the same time, the reviewers on those proofs will receive a single email detailing all the proofs and including a personal URL for each proof. Please note that the creator of the (multiple) proofs will receive a separate "Proof made" email for each of the proofs created.
