Copy overviewThe copy function allows anyone with edit rights on a proof, e.g. owners, moderators and authors, to make a copy of it, either as a new version of the existing proof or as a new proof. The copied proof will retain all the comments that were made on the original (comments can then be deleted on the copy if desired).
The reviewers that were on the original proof will automatically appear in the Share section of the Copy page, but can be removed from the copy in the same section. If a reviewer is deleted, their comments will remain.
Creating a copy is a way to enable discussion to take place on comments without certain reviewers seeing it (see private comments).
NB: A copy will count towards your monthly proof limit. However, if the copy is created as a new version, it will be included in the version set count. See Version sets
