Cancelling


You can cancel your ProofHQ account at any time by downgrading to a free Personal plan. To downgrade:

  1. Click on the Billing tab.
  2. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button which takes you to a page showing all the ProofHQ plans.
  3. Click the Select button for the Personal plan.
  4. The downgrade will take place at the start of the next Billing Period.
You will not be able to downgrade if you have an outstanding unpaid invoice.
 
You can restart your paid plan at any time.
