You can brand ProofHQ in several ways. Some branding options are only available with Enterprise plans.  Branding options include:

• Custom logo in the web application header (all plans)
  
• Custom logo on the proof loading page (all plans)
• Custom logo in email notifications (all plans)
  
• Custom sub-domain, e.g. http://yourname.proofhq.com (Enterprise plans)
• Custom login and logout pages (Enterprise plans)

There are additional branding options with the white label version of ProofHQ:

• Fully customised login page
• Customised image for the application header
• Extensive customisation of the application colour scheme
• Customised Help links
• Customised applicaton footer
• Full domain forwarding so that you can use ProofHQ from your own sub-domain e.g. http://proofing.yourdomain.com
• Suppression of buttons and links via the API

Enable Branding

You need to enable branding for the account.  To enable branding:

1. Go to your Account tab.
2. Go to the Branding section
3. Make sure that the Branding field is Enabled
4. Click Save.

Web application header

You have three options for branding the web application header:

• Show branding image in header, which shows the logo that you upload
  
• Show account name in header, which shows your Organisation name in text
• Disable branding, which shows the ProofHQ logo

If you would like a transparent logo to go on the dark header please use a transparent PNG or GIF.  The hex colour of the header background is 232d2e.  Logos are resized to 42 pix high with aspect ratio maintained for the width

Show branding image in header

If you choose the Show branding image in header option for the application header it will appear where shown in the screenshot below:

Show account name in header

If you choose the Show account name option for the application header it will appear where shown in the screenshot below:

Proof loading page

You have two options for branding the loading page for each proof

• Show branding image, which shows the logo that you upload
• Disable branding, which shows the ProofHQ logo

The logo that you select for the Show branding image option will also be shown on the custom login and logout pages.  Logos are not resized

If you choose the Disable branding option for the application header the ProofHQ logo will appear as shown in the screenshot above.

Email Notifications

Email notifications will display the logo that you upload for the proof loading page.  This will be resized to 42 x 42 pixels.

Custom Sub-domains

Branding includes custom sub-domains.

Login and Logout pages

Once you choose a custom sub-domain your logo will appear on the login and logout page.

To access you custom login page, just type the address of your custom sub-domain into your browser.

Suppression of buttons and links via the API

If you create proof via the ProofHQ API, you can suppress buttons and links and create your own custom links.
